Welcome to TechWorldProduct. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital product vaults, Elementor landing page blueprints, or bonus assets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive instant access to your digital download links on the checkout confirmation screen and via your registered email address. All products are delivered digitally in standard zip/PDF/JSON format.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing Terms

  • Digital Product Vaults (PLR / MRR): Products included inside the digital product vaults (16M+ PLR assets, 44K+ reels, kids activity packs, Canva mockups) are delivered with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR). You are permitted to resell these products to end-customers and retain 100% of profits.
  • Landing Page Blueprints (6 Templates): The 6 Elementor landing page blueprints are provided under a Commercial Usage License. You may use them to build sales funnels for your own products and client websites. However, raw JSON template files CANNOT be resold or redistributed as standalone template packs.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
  • Claim exclusive copyright ownership over raw template blueprints or un-modified core files.
  • Use our products or brand name in any unlawful, deceptive, or misleading advertising campaigns.
  • Distribute download links publicly on file-sharing sites or torrent forums.

4. Limitation of Liability

TechWorldProduct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including ad performance variations or server downtime.
